My Story
About Reena
A few years ago, I was juggling gym sessions along with working long days in the city. During this time, I lived on protein bars and shakes, to later discover I had an intolerance to three of the most common ingredients found in them - dairy, whey and gluten. After researching, it proved difficult to find a natural source of protein blend that was free from artificial sweeteners and preservatives. So, I embarked on developing my very own blends, targeting optimal nutritional balance between protein, fibre and sugar.
The Narshi range of high performance vegan protein blends make ideal healthy shakes with an incredible 22g of protein per serving. Alternatively, can be added to boost protein content in your food. Through my intolerances, not only have I learnt that it is important to fuel your body, but more importantly, to fuel it with the right stuff.
